so,
tadi ada follow up session dgn one of the trainers from the workshop that i
attended a month ago.. towards the end of the session the trainer asked
us to list down things that we did in a day.. xkisah la semalam punyer
ke, hari2 biasa punyer rutin ke... so here is my list...
then..
lps kiteorg siap buat list ni...he asked us... how many of you wants to
lose weight... well.. almost all la angkat tangan kan...then dia tnya
lagi... ada tak dalam list yg kite buat tu yg menyumbang kpd faktor nk
turun kan berat badan???? Danggg!! terkena di situuu... tadeee
langsung.. hahaha...
so... paham kan... nk sesuatu tapi tak buat apa pon... soooo if u want sumtin... u have to put that sumtin in your routine....
The
workshop I attended a month ago was about English Communication, so
today's session is like to check on us and to keep us motivated in
improving our english communication... so... in order to improve your
english... u need to make it your routine on what your want to
improve... so kata nk bagus dalam english kan..so kenalah at least dlm
satu hari ada buat benda yg bleh jd faktor penyumbang dalam improve kite
nyer english tuu... be it reading magazine, writing in english, having a
conversation in english... apa2 je la... such an eye opener kan...
benda simple dan kite memang tahu, nak sesuatu kenalah buat sesuatu kan
bukan tunggu je... mmg tahu tuuu tapi bila terkena macam ni... baru
tersedar sket..

itu game yg kite org buat td just to break the ice... almaklumlah posa2
ni... ngantuk je bile kena duduk dlm dewan dan dengar je... so that
sticker tu my fren letak kat my forehead without me knowing the dish
written on that sticker (sticker given by the trainer).. then, my fren
had to explain to me what is written on the sticker, then i had to guess
it.... so mcm praktis utk cmner nak explain n describe la... and of
course i got it correct la... hehe
